The Winfield City Council has approved an amended ordinance covering dogs and other animals running at large in the city. Ordinance #988 will replace ordinance #958. The new oprdinance will be available here for thirty days for review by citizens.

Solid Waste Payments
Solid Waste Fee payments can be made in person at City Hall or by placing a check in the Drop Box located at the front of City Hall. Payments can also be made by mail to P.O. Drawer 1438, Winfield, AL 35594.
The City of Winfield also offers automatic bank draft service for payment of garbage collection fees. To sign up for this service, download the Debit Authorization Form below, fill it out and return it to City Hall. Your garbage collection fees will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month.
Customers can also pay their solid waste bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card, or ACH (eCheck). This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options.
