The Mule Day tradition began in 1975, honoring the hard-working mules of the day. Our Mule Day founding fathers never dreamed that these long eared mules would have become such a big hit with folks.
Vendors and spectators are from all over the Southeast, including Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. Mule Day offers mule judging, flea market vendors, arts and crafts vendors, fireworks, live music and dance, food vendors, 5k run, parade, car show, antique tractors, cornhole tournament, disc golf tournament, and so much more.
Mule Day now attracts an estimated 25,000 to 30,000 spectators each year. Don’t pass on your chance to become a sponsor and be part of the excitement!
