Special Election Absentee Ballots Available Now

Absentee ballots for the special election for Place No.1 on the Winfield City Council are now available.

In order to receive an Absente Ballot:

  • You must be a registered voter and present your drivers license or a valid ID
  • You can fill out an application and vote at city hall
  • You must fill out an application to receive one in mail
Note that between 12-1:30 each day the clerk's office will be closed.

The City of Winfield offers automatic bank draft service for payment of garbage collection fees. To sign up for this service, download the Debit Authorization Form below, fill it out and return it to City Hall. Your garbage collection fees will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month.
